Sirocco Pay is looking for a Country Head (business developer) in Hong Kong

A fin-tech company that operates in the international market for telecommunications and remittance services. Sirocco offers consumers safe, fast and affordable services. The position is responsible for the development of customer network.

The position is responsible for the development of the company's customer network.

Responsibilities:
• Find information about the local market.
• Represent the company in negotiations with our partners / clients
• Build effective relationships with the retail network, service stations, ethnic stores and other retail partners to increase the distribution network
• Ensure the achievements of the qualitative and quantitative milestones agreed with the project on time and within the budget.
• Keep sales plans up to date, showing the exact status of deliverables and the latest milestone completion dates as forecast.
• Review the performance of the project related to the objectives and ensure any changes that are necessary.
• Provide weekly updates on progress, risks and problems, reporting to company management • Coordinate contracts with technical, legal / compliance team.

Requirements:
• Experience in business development / distribution networks or sales since 3 years
• Excellent project management skills.
• Able to catch up with new areas and interact with subject matter experts effectively and achieve influence and respect with partners
• Strong business skills, an entrepreneurial mindset
• High communication skills.
• Capacity for teamwork.
• Knowledge of the local market
 

Additional Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal / written), multitasking, good command of English, orientation to processes and results, self-motivation, resistance.
