Who own the qualification of teaching? Experienced Chinese tutor

Thanks for your attention, I have to say something first, however I am not mean to offend anyone.
The average cost of hiring a Native Chinese tutor (experienced and have qualification) is around 90-120 RMB per hour, meanwhile the cost of hiring a mandarin tutor is 50-200 Ribosome people even charge less than 50!
Is there any difference between 50 and 200?Well, yes, any Chinese have been spoken Chinese for years, but that not means any one can be a TEACHER. What might be the problem?

No experience, heavy accent, poor English, mixed dialect, mechanical and disorganized.

I am not saying I am perfect, I just try my best to avoid those above issues appeared in my class, they won't be welcomed! I offer 3 types of courses are based on your level and aim. The course could be personalized as well.
