We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate and experienced Product Manager (e-Commerce) to join our IT Team. This role will report to Head of UX & Product and will be responsible for redefining the enhancement and optimization of digital user experience on our e-commerce platforms; which includes B2C websites and mobile sites, OMS, WMS, CRM, Business Intelligence and many more. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable and challenging experience in a rapidly expanding and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should own excellent product visions for e-commerce and a proven track record in managing and optimizing user experience on e-commerce platforms.
Your role will include:
Identify business needs and gather requirements from business users. Defining the priority level of requirements and translating the needs into requirement documentation and functional specification for development teams.
Analyze existing business processes and logic in various functional areas from purchasing, warehousing, to logistic. Continue develop and optimize our OMS, WMS and others to address business problems or to streamline processes.
Lead and assist the product design of current e-commerce platforms. Developing, creating and executing usability and conversion optimization of the e-commerce platforms.
Creating wireframes, user stories, process flows and other deliverables as necessary to communicate to all stakeholders.
Developing and launching AB testing, personalization, and site optimization reporting.
Be responsible for the system documentation and assist in the system training across the company if needed.
The candidate will have the following competencies:
Bachelor degree in computer science, business, economics, statistics or related field. An advanced degree in these fields is a plus.
Demonstrate the abilities to define problem, collect data, draw conclusion and design solutions. Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements and technical specification.
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience in product solution design.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong ability to communicate analytical insight to stakeholders.
Solid working knowledge of Google analytics, data analysis and advanced spreadsheets skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and with great attention to details.
Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering conversion optimization projects. Previous experience in implementing or using at lease one of the optimization tools, including Google Analytics or similar is a must.
Strong time and self-management skills; an ability to work well under tight deadlines.
A strong verbal and written communication skill in both business and technical areas
Fluency in English is a must and in Chinese will be a plus.
