The Regular Chinese Course consists of 6 levels intended for zero level, beginner level, low intermediate level, intermediate, low advanced and advanced level. The Regular Course totally cover 60 topics for learners to choose which level you want to start with, or you can choose all the 6 levels if you are total beginners and you have time and want to learn Chinese step by step for a long time. 60 topics cover 3000 new words, phrases and 250 gramar points. Each level consists of 10 topics, covering areas of daily life and work-related and culture-related areas in China including common business expressions, social conversations, and daily dialogues, and Chinese culture. Each topic of the first 3 levels is divided into 7 parts: converstion, new words, translation of conversation, grammer, exercises, listening comprehension and Chinese characters (opitional). All the basic words, sentences, and grammar points will appear repedatedly in the topics. Therefore, learners can make big pogress in a short time. In line with the syntax-based principle, exercises after each topic are designed to help learners master sentecnce patterns for each topic through repeated practice. To help learners improve their litening profiniency, the listening exercises are designed for different levels of difficulty in each topic. And each topic of the last 3 levels is divided into 8 parts: converstion, new words, reading, grammer, exercises, listening comprehension and Chinese characters (opitional), and Chinese idioms.
After finishing the first three levels of the Regular Chinese, learners will be supposed to be abale to do daily communication in Chinese for work and life. More importantly, they will have laid the foundation to continuing their study and preparing to take the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK). And after finishing the fourth level, learners can do the fluent social communication, such as narrating experience to colleagues, being a guest in a Chinese family, arranging travel plans, communicating with boss on work, etc.After finishing the fifth level, learners can express own opinions, such as traffic, body-building, housing, entertainment, Cinese superstition on numbers, etc. And after last sixth level, learners can talk freely in Chinese about Chinese culture, such as Confucianism, Chinese way to stay healthy, folk legentds, traditions, and customs, etc. Therefore, after finishing the whole Regular Chinese Course, learners can use the Chinese language skills easily, smoothly, and naturally, and can speak Chinese fluenly, build their confidence and success in their life and work and study in China.
