JOB TITLE: TT Master Drama Trainer
Ensuring the safety in the class as well as a safe working environment.
In charge of the class, manipulating various modern teaching skills to (including, but not limited to) guiding, inducting, motivating, encouraging and inspiring the young children in order to meet the objectives of the courses.
Ensuring schemes of the courses are in place with respect to their continuity and progression, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating their implementation.
Managing to build active, collaborative classroom programs which develop a sense of classroom community and trust.
Advocate equal opportunities in the classroom.
Liaising with parents upon course-related information exchange and collect voices from parents with respect to the development of the children as well as to the academic objectives of the courses.
Leading/supporting major events in a variety of internal and public venues.
Assisting to further develop, modify, or localize the introduced courses while being an focal resource in innovating original courses upon necessary needs from the market.
Participating in faculty meetings as required, evaluating the performance of the developmental drama team in lead.
Encouraging staff to develop and establish a positive working environment.
Assisting in the recruitment, appointment and induction of new staff.
A minimum Bachelor Degree in Child Psychology, Education, Drama- or Performance- related subject. PGCE is preferred.
Native speaker of English. TESOL certificate is desirable.
At least three-year experience in teaching young children in the age of 0-6 year old.
Genuinely enjoy dealing with young children.
A non-judgmental and open-minded attitude.
An eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent motivational skills with the ability to bring out the best in other people.
Confident, cheerful, humorous in personalities.
Experience in terms of revising, modifying, developing or creating academic training materials for young children will be a strong plus.
