InnoCSR is a strategic consultancy firm specialized in the areas of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Our team of specialists provides advisory and consultancy services to the top global and Chinese companies in and out of China. InnoCSR was established in 2008 and has proven in the market by integrating win-win business results in Doing Good & Doing Well way.
InnoCSR is now expanding its Sustainability Team and is looking for Lean Management Consultant who has either consultancy or in-house experience in delivering strategic sustainability programmes/systems to join the InnoCSR’s Supplier Development Programme (SDP), which was designed for suppliers and buyers to realise tangible bottom-line benefits.
You will be providing lean management consulting together with the SDP team to help client organisations to drive higher organisational and individual performance with a systematic approach.
The successful candidate will have:
A strong understanding of social and environmental supply chain strategy and implementation, auditing, reporting and capacity building programme.
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in lean management consulting, stakeholder engagement and socio-environmental impact assessments
Proven successful experience in development & maintenance of lean manufacturing system
Lean consulting will be required to perform the following activities:
Review clients’ existing procedures and examines opportunities for streamlining production, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution to meet a company’s needs, then develops strategies to cut costs, improve quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
Essential skills and qualifications
Ability to make effective and appropriate use of both Socio-Environmental and Financial technical skills and knowledge.
Ability to work in business driven culture on several projects simultaneously under time pressure is essential
Excellent presentation and project management skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (Chinese native speaker preferred)
Bachelor degree in business, industrial engineering or related field ( Master /MBA preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively within China
